Just back at the office after an excellent interview on Radio West Suffolk. 

Hundreds of Suffolk residents commute to work in London, or elsewhere. The benefits of living in our beautiful county outweigh the peril of time lost to work and travel. The hard truth for many though, hits home upon retirement: working so hard for so long has made it difficult for them to build a social network in their backyard. 

Suffolk Circle's No More Socks flashmob was warmly received, and all involved thought it was a great idea!
